Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mike Gallagher and his family for their lose of Denise.  Words cannot express the sorrow we feel he at BACK TO BASIC.

Denise Gallagher died yesterday, June 29,2008, after having been diagnosed with endometrial cancer about a year ago. She died at home with her husband and sons by her side. She was 51-years-old.

Denise Gallagher was born on June 30, 1956 and died on June 29, 2008. She was 51-years-old. She lived in New York City and Dallas. They have four sons, Bryan, Trevor, Matthew and Micah. All of their sons are grown and are attending college and working throughout the country. They have two dogs, Thumper, a beagle and Buster, a puggle.

Denise has lived all over the world. She called Manhasset, New York home, but also had lived in Germany, South Carolina, Texas and New York City. She met Gallagher when they were both living and working in Greenville, South Carolina. She was a family law paralegal. She was taking classes to become a family counselor when she was diagnosed with endometrial cancer approximately a year ago.

Denise and Mike Gallagher were well known philanthropists. They had founded Gallagher’s Army as part of The Mike Gallagher Show Charitable Foundation. Gallagher’s Army provided food and gift items for military families.
